How to Use this Site!

This is not your average Real Estate website. We have many neat features that you will not find anywhere else on the web. Please, take a few seconds to get familiar with them.

Once you find a property that you like just click on the similar button and it will search a 15 mile radius around that property for other properties that are not just similar in specs, but actually look similar to that home.

Our map search features the ability to not only search by your actual location, but it can show background heatmaps, that give your search context. For example say your looking in You can show all the regions in and around with high foreclosure rates by selecting the Foreclosure Density background layer. We have many different layers from how walkable the area is to how many people are searching in the region. It's an industry first, and we hope you find it useful. Try it out here, Map Search

On every property detail page, you will see these slider bars under the main property stats. This shows you how this property stacks up to other properties in the same zip code. So for example this property is 794k which is almost twice the average, so the red bar is filled in almost all the way. This gives some context in which it better understand the property, and thus become a more informed home buyer.
