A busy week in local real estate
The Nyack-Piermont area saw nine new listings hit the market this week, including a bi-level in Valley Cottage, a Neo Victorian on Cornelison in South Nyack, a renovated ranch on Palmer Ave in Upper Nyack and a fantastic contemporary high up on Tweed Blvd in Upper Grandview with breathtaking panoramic Hudson River views. Plus, four condo/co-op listings hit the market.
In addition, the region had 5 properties go under contract, including a ranch in West Nyack, a bi-level in Valley Cottage, a short sale on Jackson Ave in Nyack and a mixed use property on Ridge Road in Valley Cottage.
The best news has to be the five properties that were sold. They included a young Colonial on North Midland in Upper Nyack, a two-acre family compound in West Nyack, a bi-level in Valley Cottage, a Hudson Riverfront contemporary on Piermont Ave. in South Nyack and the Tudor Rose estate on North Broadway in Upper Nyack.
Overall, it was a very active week... let's hope it continues.
